I just leave the charger connected 24/7. I like my phone to always be at 100% Everyone tells me its bad for the battery, but it doesn't cause me any problems.
I've been using cellphones for about 6 years now, and I have always left the charger connected to my phone with no problems.
When I did what everyone said to do, like let it run down and then recharge it, that's when I start to run into the problem of it not wanting to stay charged at 100% again. It keeps dropping after I do what everyone says to do even when I have the charger connected and it should be at 100%, it keeps dropping.
I use my phone until it gets to 10% or so and then change it to 90% , occasionally charging to 100%.
I always carry a magnetic qi battery pack and or a charger.
I never just charge it overnight , kills batter health faster. Had my iPhone 15 just over 2 years and still has 92% battery health
I think it's better to let it deplete almost completely and then charge it to 100 percent.
But if I need to go out and I know I'll be away for a couple of hours, I charge it anyway, regardless of how much is left or where it gets to. I need my phone for professional matters. Otherwise, I wouldn't care.
Memory effect isn't a problem today in batteries, so it doesn't really matter. Only high charge current and complete discharge (much lower when phone shuts down) are dangerous for batteries today.
I couldn't care less about my phone.
I just charged it every night or earlier if it doesn't make it that far.
These days I’ve been waiting till it hits 5% which is soon as I’m currently at 7% lol
I usually charge it if gets too close to 50%, it's almost always around 80%
I recharge any time I notice it's below 50% but unlike you youngsters I seldom look at my phone.
@MariaEve I don’t have a phone of my own. I borrow it and check if it’s charged
I try to keep it above 20 to 30. Deep discharging a lithium battery isn't good for them.
I usually charge it when it gets to 55%.
The second. I forget to charge that shit often
I try to charge it consistently
Usually fully charged or close to it.
@MariaEve both ways
I wait until the warning
Usually but sometimes things happen
I wait until the love battery light comes on
