If I, as a 5'9-5'10ish American man, go visit Europe, would I be considered a dwarf there, considering the average height for most European Men?

Perhaps I'm wrong on height but in Northern European countries like Netherlands, Germany, and Scandinavia, the average heights over there for adult men are all no shorter than 5'11-6'0. I'm not too knowledgeable about the rest of Europe but Europe does have the reputation of having tall people.
