Is LA a cool place to live?

I really like LA but I have never lived there I lived in New York City my whole life. I like NY and can easily tell it is better than most places though.

Fuck no dude. I lived in Hollywood (yes it's a part of LA), and it's trash. If you're rich then maybe but fuck no. It's hot, everything is shit, and worse if you actually think going for a walk is a good idea. You like New York though, so if that's your thing... more power to you.

I got lucky, lived in Japan, then San Diego, then Japan again, and I ended up here in Washington state. Life has taught me I really don't like people all up in my face with attention seekers all around me.
