Do you connect more to certain stars?

Venus next to the moon in summer brings memories.
I used to look after a little girl. I had told her this info one morning. She had remembered and the next I saw her parents they told me their three year old knew what Venus was, where it was next to the moon at the time… how? I just smiled and said that was their genetics. Smart kid.
Thank you for the mho.
God is so beautiful
yes, I certainly do...
the belt has always been my reference on the night's skies

I just went out to the patio... but it's mid of the day, so it's just the moon at the moment, clearly visible
I'll check it out
I'll remind you later tonight... (=
yes I know... but it will be there to read, lol (=
and the moon is going fuller... so it will only get better looking through the incoming days
I'll make sure not to miss it...
I have it playing right now...
it is really nice, makes me want to get a telescope
If you’re considered a star then yes.

Orion was always the most conspicuous constellation.
That said, I have a fetish for Delta Pavonis which I have never seen.
Curious about... Delta Pavonis?
Delta Pavonis is a sun-like star between 19 and 20 light-years away. It is considered one of the major candidates for SETI observations.

There are so many interesting Southern Hemisphere stars I would love to see...
Alpha Centaurus
Delta Pavonis
Crux
Magellenic Clouds
Beta Hydri
Canopus (Alpha Carina)
Stars are so great because they were there before you and will be there after your passage on earth. They are this reminder of how small we are and, in that way, I can definitely say I connect with them
To say I connect to some in particular? I wouldn't know
Good old sol does a pretty good job of keeping my world in a fairly normal routine, so I'll go with that choice.
To Mars, because it's the only one being red.
Every star is white or yellowish, except Mars.
And my heart.
Ha! 🧑🏼🎤
Alberio, not sure why
