North America, Europe and a bit of Asia if you count the Republic of Georgia - which is in the Caucasus Mountains - as part of Asia. (Technically, the mountain range represents the dividing line between Europe and Asia.)
In total, I have visited Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Belize, Barbados, Grenada, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Aruba, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Andorra, France, Monaco, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, Malta, Montenegro, Republic of Georgia.
Also, I have visited Puerto Rico and every American state east of the Mississippi River except Minnesota, Arkansas and Mississippi. Also visited the states of Missouri, Texas and California. (I currently reside in the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC.)
Of all of the above, Poland and the Czech Republic were part vacation and part business travel. The Republic of Georgia was business, but we were given ample time for pleasure travel.
