okay in my country what you call states we call provinces. So in our province we have Gated communities and privated housing communities which is different from regular communites. In such communities. Lifesyles are private and surrounding environment is quite.
What my province lack that makes me want to travel is to experience other cultures and new people to explore, Activities such as sports and see nature landscape and wildlife.
Ooo didn't know that. Thank you for breaking it down. I have a cousin who took in a guest from your country. I don't know how they knew him but they let him stay for a year. Tell me why when he left, she was pregnant and so was her stepdaughter and they are married but their babies look just like him. Both women are black with brown eyes as are their husbands. But they have these babies with the skintone and green eyes of the trinidadian dude 🤣 I don't know what the hell was going on in that household during his stay haha

I live in Northern Florida and love it. no state income tax, weather is great, homes are reasonably priced, people are great, not heavy traffic where I live, very few cold days, only a light freeze once or twice during the winter, I’m about 2 miles from the beach, but live on a saltwater canal, enclosed swimming pool, boat dock and lift. What more could I ask for? Nothing!
Sounds nice but nothing in North florida appeals to me aside from the panhandle beaches. I want to go to Orlando/Tampa/Miami. Since its a saltwater canal im assuming you have to deal with a lot of crocs?
No crocs in Florida, only alligators and they don’t care for Salt Water.

NC has been nice for beaches and warm weather but I do miss the cold and snow. Luckily we are moving here soon to NY so will be getting snow all the time

Oh hell, ocean for one.
My favorite is the beach. I live in a beautiful quaint town. The downside is that it attracts TONS of tourists and summer residents.
I travel if I want to go to the mountains.

My state is beautiful, a lot of historical sites both with bad and good pasts, with tons of museums and Some really nice state parks here too! And beaches but it does lack mountains, we’ve got hills but no mountains like Colorado or Idaho…

Castles... beautiful Castles and the forest and mountains are also really pretty... we lack a beach and an ocean

When I was younger it was always Italy, along the upper coasts... so either Italy again or just anywhere with a beautiful beach! I haven't had a vacation like that since good 6 years, I'm not picky at this point haha

I live in Toronto currently.
It’s just a mega city. There’s anything and everything you’re looking for. A couple hrs drive and you can pretty much be anywhere else on n the province or in the UK.
Arizona has a lot of mountain and trails. Pretty much the best place to get lost in nature without being far away from the city.

I like the proximity to the ocean and a lot of the historical attractions. I hate the long winters and all the moonbats that live here. The taxes are very high too.

So the state I live in, specifically the city I'm in is probably one of the most metropolitan ones in the country so I love the fancy city life.
As such I don't particularly miss anything.
My city definitely wasn't anything to brag about, thats why i chose the state as a whole 😂 And wow when you say you dont miss anything, do you mean nothing is really lacking to where you’d travel elsewhere to fulfill it?
Not really, no. Then again my needs aren't that varied. I've got all my favourite restaurant cuisines nearby and a couple good malls and theatres. Transport is well connected although traffic is an issue.

I will talk about India, it's an over populated country. This is the root cause of all the problems in India. I don' like it here, I don't belong here. I want to move to US and start a family.

We have nice beaches here on Long Island, New York and lots of old towns out east with nice restaurants but it’s mostly for summer time

HA! The ONLY things I like about my city is my job, my friends, some restaurants and proximity to a major resort area. I will eventually leave.

I have to say it has been the saving grace in the past 25 years.
Without casinos, my state wouldn't be more than a retirement state (which its that either way). And even though our casinos are huge, Vegas still puts them to shame. New Jersey has 20+, We have 30+, Nevada has 400+. Smh in the HUNDREDS

Lol its never free money. But I do profit greatly, sometimes a thousand a night but i play most of it (if not all) back like an idiot and usually walk out with what i went in with

Yea i used to say “but the house doesn't always win because im profitting”... yea but i have a family who liked to stay 3-6 hours and i can't just sit there doing nothing so i play it back lol. Its my fault really because our casinos are huge with indoor shopping centers, buffets, theater shows, nightclubs, bars, “free” hotel rooms, and sports betting. Yet i choose to stay on the casino floor and play back lol
That's why they LOVE you! I have a friend who gets compted ALL the time, because she's a BIG gambler!
She took with her by free limousine to the casino. The pit biss greated ger when we arrived and gave us complimentary dinner. We played blackjack as a team. I played what she told me to play. She played her hand. In one hour, she won $1500!
Yea i have a crazy number of comps. At elast 1-2 weeks of free rooms monthly but never use them here. I save em for Vegas. I went to Vegas and got to get all my 700/night rooms for 300+ since i play so much at the one vegas casino we have here

I like cities, arcades, collectable shops, video game shops, science museums, libraries, and zoos. All of which are here.

The favorite thing about where I live is that it's only a 2 hour drive to the mountains or a 4 hour drive to the beach, perfect for a weekend getaway.
Damn but 4 hours is far 😂 Sounds similar tho to when i wanted to live in NC, i was gonna be 2 hours from the mountain and 4 from the beach
