Have you ever stayed in a castle?

I have always wanted to go to Europe to at least see some of the amazing castles. But I went on vacation to Banff in Alberta Canada a few times and their castle is amazing! I did t get to stay there saddle because I was a collage student but I loved going there. And I’m curious if any of you have.

Forty years ago, yes, I did. Somewhere in Bavaria. It was memorable though I remember neither name nor specific location. It was just cool for an almost 8 year old boy.

I remember cold but awesome. Suits of armor. My mom didn't like it (that was typical) but my dad thought it was awesome.

You are very kind. :) Thank you. She did. She passed twenty years ago. I miss her but when she died it relieved her of a lot of physical pain.

No. But I went to medieval banquets in two different castles in Ireland. They were so much fun.

I stayed in Biltmore Estates for my b-day. My really rich uncle paid for it.

No but it be awesome. I did see a couple castles in Ireland and thought it be cool if I could just go around and feel the history but tours were closed for the seasons and matience.

Haha! Yeah maybe. I mean usually if they are they have a reputation for it. So I would just stay away from the haunted ones.
