I mean if you're going to have gourmet seating, you need to cater to everyone's taste right?

Regarding your Update: Men are not sexually assaulting other men on planes, sweetie. Nor are women are sexually assaulting men on planes, and transgender individuals are not sexually assaulting men OR women on planes! The only incidents we have records of are heterosexual men sexually assaulting women while they are sleeping on planes! But I do believe that if women are given the opportunity of not sit next to men on planes, then men do not want to sit next to women on planes, to avoid a false accusation should also be allowed to move! That’s just fine with me 100%! Let them move to a seat next to a man, since there are no recorded incidents of any men, (gay or straight, or trans), sexually assaulting other men on planes! This is simply a story about a woman who woke up to discover that the man next to her had his hand down her pants, or up her shirt! In one incident a woman awoke to discover the man next to her, unbuttoned her pants, and he inserted a finger into her vagina! Cases of women being sexually assaulted during flights by Indian men. (since this is a story about an Indian airline).

Two other cases, one of a 17y/o girl being sexually assaulted by a man on a plane, and the second is not as relevant, but a female flight attendant was also sexually assaulted on a plane by a man:

There are PLENTY of cases of non-Indian men sexually assaulting women on planes, but as this story directly relates to “IndiGo”, a discount carrier in india, I didn't feel it relevant to include the MANY stories of American and British men found guilty of sexually assaulting sleeping women on aircraft. But again, this is a story of an Indian airline taking steps to avoid getting sued for failing in their duty of care to protect passengers.
I hope this helps, as I have taken a LOT of foul personal abuse for replying to a woman who believed this was “Weaponized Feminism”! Anyone who knows me knows I have immense respect for men, and all that men do to keep our society running, and to protect women from the tiny percentage of perverts who prey of women, especially those of us who are sleeping, as that was what happened to me, and lead to my chronic insomnia, and my becoming a rape and sexual abuse counselor, and a psychologist! (I even successfully lobbied to end “child custody” in the State of Florida. So that fathers get EQUAL time with their children by default, and don’t have to go bankrupt fighting to see their children!)
Laura. 🤗 🥰
"and transgender individuals are not sexually assaulting men OR women on planes!"
No, they are just mass murdering them on the ground instead.
Okay, and I hope EACH of them were killed by the police! I know that the Covenant school shooter, Audrey Hale was killed by police, and I say GOOD! I’d personally prefer it if the teacher’s were armed and trained, so NO children have to die at the hands of any mentally ill people. But I don’t get your point? Does the fact that some transgendered people shot-up schools in the US mean that women in India (and also the US) are NOT being sexually assaulted while they sleep on planes?
I’ve always had such a great relationship with you, conversationally. I don’t understand why you are being like this, using a complete non sequitur, in what looks like an attempt to discredit my comment and the associated research I did on this company and why they instituted this policy. Surely you cannot be in favor of women being sexually assaulted, and even being digitally pedetrated by strangers while they're asleep on planes?
"Surely you cannot be in favor of women being sexually assaulted, and even being digitally pedetrated by strangers while they're asleep on planes?"
What I am in favor of is NOT being assumed guilty until proven innocent.
I haven't accused you of anything sweetie. Nobody, to my knowledge has accused you of anything (at least not here, and not that I saw). Nobody's even mentioned you. Not once in this entire thread has anyone written a single word about you sexually assaulting anyone! This isn't about YOU. It’s about the small minority of men who DO sexually assault women while we sleep! Jesus, my own uncle did exactly that to me while I slept, between the ages of 5 or 6 to age 11! (not including that he raped me when I was 13) Obviously I woke up, because I remember it, but it was fckn’ terrifying! I provided upwards of 6 sources that documented occasions where women, mostly on Indian flights, were sexually assaulted during the flight. If you have never sexually assaulted a sleeping woman on a plane, then you should be outraged that some sick assh0le WOULD do that to a completely defenseless woman, in her most vulnerable state… sleeping! Why you are getting so defensive w/ ME is beyond me. I answer questions about gold digging whores, without thinking “they must be talking about me”. Genuinely, and TRULY I am sorry if you were offended by my answer. But I was very clearly referring to those who sexually assault sleeping women on Indian Aircraft, which YOUR own post referenced. Why you are acting so nasty to me? I didn’t write the news story you chose, or make accusations that you assaulted me while I was sleeping! So WTF? ¯\_(ッ)_/¯
Look if you don’t want me to answer any of your questions anymore, You got it!
when it comes to men, all I've EVER done is help men in divorce! I lobbied Gov. De Santis to sign the law that did away with custody, guaranteeing men would get to spend exactly the same amount of time with their kids as the mothers, and nobody can claim THEY have custody! I tireless promoted #BelieveAllEvidence, instead of #BelieveAllWomen, because women sometimes DO lie about being sexually abused FFS! But I haven't accused you of shit! So just leave me the fck alone!
You have a tendency to misinterpret often and assume things are personal that are not.
I didn't say anyone said I am guilty of anything.
What I was talking about was that to assume a man is a sexual predator and create policies that therefore discriminate against men and treat them like they are a pariah is assuming they are guilty until proven innocent. It's despicable, immoral and unjust.
I have a mini-psychoanalysis of this behavior of yours.
You often exhibit unwarranted defensiveness. Since people often see others through the lens of their own behavior you just assume that others are also being overly defensive when they are not.
That is what you did in this case mistakenly assuming that I was talking about myself.
I'll send you the bill for the therapy session. 😉
NO, You wrote "What I am in favor of is NOT being assumed guilty until proven innocent.”
Nobody did that to you! And we separate women and me in bathrooms, chancing rooms, Not because we “assume all men are guilty” we do it because a small minority of men ARE guilty, and those men, (the guilty ones) seek out women in vulnerable situations, like.. I don’t know, sleeping, or getting undressed, or taking a shower after a work out. Do you stand at the women’s locker room and give all the women there as hard a time as you’ve given me today? “WHY WON’T YOU LET ME IN? I’m NOT A PREDATOR! HOW DARE YOU NOT LET ME IN AND ASSUME I’m GUILTY FOR WANTING TO GET CHANGED NEXT TO YOU!!! ARRRGH!” Did you read the sources I included? did you read what some of those a$$holes did to those women? Oh and need I reming you, THIS IS HAPPENING IN INDIA!!! On ONE DISCOUNT AIRLINE! Why are you harassing ME?
Look, just tell me what you want me to write to make YOU happy. and leave me alone? Please just tell me, and if it means you stop harassing me about my OPINION on what an Indian Airline is doing. I am sick of this fucking question!
Okay you do that, hun,
Oh, it's the "all women are innocent angels" theory! Lots of women have lied on men. and gotten guys thrown in prison for 5-8 years on false accusations. This is a fact. So yeah, men need the right not to have to sit next to, work next to or even talk to women they don't know. This is the world feminists created and now men have had enough.
Username checks out.
Actually, it makes sense that a single woman traveling alone doesn't want to be cornered by a predatory male. For their own safety, it's good to have that option.
I recently traveled with a guy next to me who ended up basically on top of me while we both snoozed during the 12-hr flight. I didn't know him, he didn't know me, and the bastard weighed a ton so it was difficult to just shift him off me.
So while in my case I know that was an innocent accidental thing (and thankfully a male attendant was passing me, saw the situation and came to my assistance without waking the guy up), I wouldn't mind having that option for future travel.
Maybe it should be an option to only let HOT guys sit next to you. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Wow you sure seem happy with your entitlement.
Men are starting to get fed up with all of this.
What good would it do to sit next to another woman? On a 7-hour flight I would think a girl would love a man to rub her feet and gently nibble her breasts.
🤣
...
I-
...
what?
I should at least have opportunity to not sit next to a woman with a baby.
Amen! I once took a cross country flight where there was a baby next to me that didn't stop screaming for 5 hours! 30 years later and I still have a headache!

When it comes to airline seating policies, fairness can be subjective. Some airlines may offer specific seating options based on cultural or personal comfort reasons. However, these policies can vary widely between airlines and regions. It’s essential for airlines to balance fairness, comfort, and inclusivity for all passengers to ensure a pleasant travel experience for everyone. 📐✈️

You mention this is an Asian airline (so not happening in the US anyway) but in Japan they already have options for railway cars that are women only. The reason for this came about because females were reporting so many cases of being groped and touched against their will. The fact that the government even approved this indicates how big of an issue it was over there, and still is, so it would stand to reason that this may be adopted in terms of flight travel as well as the same ones groping on the trains, are most likely the same ones groping on the planes.
I am well aware, not every man is groping women in these Asian countries that have these options, but it doesn't appear any of these men is receiving enough punishment to actually attempt to deter this action so they've just decided, to separate them. Many many Middle Eastern countries already have separate male and female areas for things like fast food, prayer, education, markets, etc. so this concept of gender separation is not new.
No, the concept is as old as the human race.
But it is wholly incompatible with American liberty and equal treatment under the law according to the US Constitution.
This weaponized feminists movement has gotten way out of control!!!
When it first began it was about some equal rights. Like equal pay for the same work a man did. Women were doing the exact same job as a man but the men were paid more.
I think that it was because there were still a lot of women that were homemakers and the husband was the only financial support to support his family.
Fast forward to this topic. WOW!
Well, maybe a man wouldn't want to sit next to a weaponized feminists man hater that probably smells like a carpet fish after a long plane ride. 😅🤭
Weaponized feminism? It’s India! They still have a caste system for god’s sake! You think women being allowed to choose to sit next to other women, in a country where it's socially acceptable to assault women of lower castes is FEMINISM?
The caste system was outlawed, but it is still omnipresent! Source: ( https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-35650616 ). Feminism is not an issue when its socially accepted to sexually assault women in the lower castes! One journalist stated "Controlling women and their sexuality has been the bed rock of the caste system." Sita Aggarwal puts the onus of the degradation of status of women on the vedic and vaishnava traditions, and is collectively referred to as Brahminism.
Source ( feminisminindia.com/.../ )
I don’t blame you for not knowing the living conditions in India. But don’t degrade their solution! Also, feminism did not begin with equal pay for equal jobs. Feminism began with Women’s Suffrage and the vote for women. That was 1st wave feminism. It was 2nd wave feminism that wanted equal pay. You are referring to third wave feminism, which seeks the elimination of anything masculine! (I happen to like my masculine fiancé.) I get that at age 70, you've seen most of the changes in feminism, from the aspirational feminism of the ‘60s and ‘70s, to the toxic feminism of today. But India? They are not experiencing toxic feminism, those women are afraid of being sexually abused on planes. Indian men even sexually assault women on American planes FFS, (Source: www.newsweek.com/indian-man-sentenced-nine-years-after-sexually-assaulting-sleeping-woman-1259100 ) of course they do it in India!
Some cases of women being attacked on planes by Indian men:

@CrazyGirl2
Yes, I knew about women's suffrage and the right to vote, I just started with the time that I was around to see. Which was equal pay for women.
I wasn't going to list every single thing that women fought for.
And as far as the women in India, well, I am in America 🇺🇸 NOT India so you can speak for them ok?
Actually, YOU spoke for them because the story YOU commented on was about Indian women, on Indian airlines. The entire discussion is predicated on a story about Indian women, so I believe what Indian women go through on planes, might be relevant to why these "out of control” "weaponized feminists” might not want to sit next to men on planes, especially where they might fall asleep. Did you even read the question, before you insulted the women of India? I mean it very clearly stated “... a popular South Asian airline in the first initiative of its kind” and “India based IndiGo, the largest low cost airline in the country”. It wasn't hard to miss. I live in America 🇺🇸 as well, and I was able to read it! I CERTAINLY agree that weaponized radical third wave feminism has gone WAY too far in the West. But this question has absolutely nothing to do with feminism, or the West, for that matter. It has to do with women in India, who regularly wake up to discover that the man sitting next to her has his hands down her pants, and in one case inserted a finger inside her vagina! Not wanting to be sexually assaulted or digitally penetrated by the stranger sitting next to you on a plane has nothing to do with feminism, which I too am NO fan of. But I do have sympathy for any woman who is sexually assaulted while sleeping! I can’t believe you didn't even read the whole question, just the headline! 🤦♀️
@CrazyGirl2
Now I know why you call yourself Crazy girl on here. Man! Take a breath would you?
When you want to have a fight with someone, you need to know which tools to use.
You seen to only have a sledge hammer! 🔨
First of all, I type fast. so my last reply to you took MAYBE two minutes! Second, since we're typing here and not actually speaking, I can breathe quite well while typing thank you very much.
Third, No you don't know why I call myself "crazy girl” (you're also about the 35th person to try to use that insult. Although the others are usually trolls). That was a nickname that I was given in middle school by an African American friend of mine, when during lunch, I noticed that my boyfriend was bullying a much smaller kid. Now despite the fact that my boyfriend was quite probably the best looking boy in school, I broke up with him on the spot because of his appalling and disgusting behavior. When I got back to my table, that friend said "damn white girl you crazy!” After that, my other friends who were at that table began to call me "crazy girl”! To this day some of my closest friends still call me “CG”, usually when I stand up for someone. Because I took a stand for someone who was weaker and defenseless, in middle school. But good job on not addressing the fact that you had no idea what this question was about when you answered, "This Weaponized feminist movement has gotten way out of hand.”
Look, you can try to mock and make fun of me all you like, believe me your taunts are meaningless. I'm not the one who answered a question without knowing what the hell the subject of the question was. To me, THAT is crazy! But hey, you go right on and try to insult me. Anyone reading this will know who is in the right, and who flew off the handle into a rage about weaponized feminism when the question has literally nothing to do with feminism, and everything to do with women getting sexually assaulted on planes in India. 🙄
@CrazyGirl2 In most of these reports you cited the culprit is Muslim, not actual Indian. Also this caste thing is BS. People of supposed "lower caste" get all the advantages like admissions into top universities, top govt. jobs etc. due to the reservation system. I mean yes its not exactly a paradise for women but neither is murica
@dudegreat91 I'm actually British, I live in America so I don't sound like that "MURICA" redneck bullshit you're hopelessly trying to associating me with! Also, what the hell does the persons religion have to do with sexually assaulting someone? Would you feel better if you were prison raped by a Jewish man, or would you prefer to be raped by a Christian? As far as the cast system, a cursory search of the Internet would show you that it absolutely DOES still exist, even though it's been outlawed (but since 1965 so has corporate, government, educational, and housing racism in the United States) the system you're talking about where as you put it the "supposed lower caste” (They’re called Dalits or “untouchables” by the way) get advantages like preferential admissions in all universities, is evidence of the fact that the cast system DOES exist. and India is trying to rectify that ancient problem. In fact, it is India's version of affirmative action. I’ve included sources for you. (that you won't read, because it goes against your preconceived notorious of your reality)

I quite literally could have put 500 sources!
Oh! That explains why you replied! I know whenever I have more important things to do than read something that doesn't bother me online, I always take the time to reply! This is a question that relates to a story about sexual assault of women… AND YOU DON’T CARE!!! Tell me you're really a man, without telling me you're really a man!
@CrazyGirl2
Are you just trying to get stuff off your chest here?
Like I told you I am NOT repeat NOT reading anything you write so you are just wasting your time.
She says, after reading my reply 🙄 . If you're not reading anything I write how do you know I wrote anything?
@CrazyGirl2 Absolute nonsense. Feminism is present in India. Ik this because the Indians are getting pissed off that it's effecting their culture too and they think their women are becoming too entitled.
When the US occupied even places like Afghanistan, they had to put up with LGTB propaganda being shoved in their faces. As soon as the Americans pulled out they were all tossed out by the Taliban. Can't say I blame them for not wanting to be a copy of the failing west.
@CrazyGirl2 broo you're British and don't even know that caste word itself is a English/British word. British used to have a hereditary system where their professions would get passed on for generations. That's you have surnames like carpenter, barber, potter etc. Hinduism had varna system, which talks about upward mobility and a person's behaviour would determine his/her caste. So stop spreading coloniser propaganda through your "coloniser sources". Also yes religion and culture do determine a person's mindset. I'm typing from mobile so won't give a long reply, but I can say you hardly ever go out and travel, and just read BS and spread BS to suit your agenda.
This is insane. It's probably going to start spreading to other airlines. It's not right to discriminate against an entire gender. Yes there are monsters out there and what they do is not ok by any means. But this is the wrong way to go about it. If it keeps going this way, I wouldn't be surprised if the sexes do end up becoming segregated. Where does it end?
Very well stated.
Politicians make what should be legal illegal. Otherwise, if it is a private company, they should be able to have whatever rules they choose. If men don't like the rules, they can choose to not fly on that airline. If enough men choose to not fly on that airline, either the rules will change or else the airline goes out of business.
It would be okay then if the all of the airlines refused to carry transsexuals since there aren't enough of them that fly to make any significant difference to their businesses?
Is it fair? No, not unless men have access to the same maps, and have the same option to not sit next to women for fear of being falsely accused of something. Or smaller guys who don't want to sit next to big dudes or something. At the end of the day, this is a can of worms that airlines will regret opening.
You are very wise for your age.
Well , I think the entire world has gone crazy..
But , let me tell you , one trip to Thailand I was sitting with a Cambodian girl who had been living in Footscray ( Australia ) there was a seat between us but she asked if she could move next to me , we drank ( flight ) wine into the night and when she fell asleep it was pretty much right into me with arms around each other..
I'd never seen her prior , and ( sadly ) I didn't grab the number because I sort of had a girlfriend , but I sure should have for that split up soon after...
And you want to avoid a man? That ludicrous.
I would expand that for ethnic and body weight. If discrimination then a full broadside of it.
@freyared Agreed, I don't think it's fair to have to sit next to a fat person on a flight.
Should you be able to see a map of where the gays or transsexuals are sitting so you can avoid getting a seat next to them?
@RingOfFire Me? No someone's sexual preference is irrelevant to me. Someone taking up two seats though is going to definitely effect me.
Sure why not! If that makes her feel safer I don’t give a sh*t! Now if something happens on that plane, an emergency, she better not look to the men for help. She’s on her own. But they better let me pick a seat where I’m not sitting by children, or fat people. What is someone doesn’t feel safe sitting by a certain race? Can they refuse to sit next to them as well?
I keep seeing these questions, asking , 'Is this fair, is that fair' and I'll tell you this -- when I was a little boy, 6, 7, 10 years old, the one thing that would guarantee I'd get knocked upside the head was when I'd say, 'It's not fair'. My mom would smack me a good one, and say, 'I don't want to hear about what's fair and what's not fair -- *Life* isn't fair'
"Life isn't fair," refers to things that cannot be change. It's not about voluntarily chosen policies.
You are comparing apples and oranges.
Haven't you heard? Only women have the right to be away from the opposite gender. Women openly plot building female only gyms but if a man says he wants a male only gym they attack him and call him names. Plus sue him for access.
If their policy explicitly states that airlines can discriminate against men then they are open to huge lawsuits.
True, but if that is their practice even if it's not there written policy they also vulnerable to suits. In the US, it seems to me to be a clear case of sexual discrimination.
What exactly does their policy say?
Apparently it says that women (but not men) are entitled to see a seating map divided by sex and to choose a seat based on that division. And men are not.
“No boys allowed.” 🤣🤣🤣
As a man, it is fine.
What you should be TRIGGERED over is the
1. limited legroom
2. reclining chairs even with limited legroom
3. airlines still using 737 Max aircraft after the huge scandals and not calling upon Boeing to clean up their act
I’ve sat next to men on airplanes and had no issues. As long as they keep to themselves I don’t mind.
I’ve had worse experiences on public transportation than airplanes.
Can I refuse to sit next to fat people? My back pain from having to sit crooked is more important than a woman's prejudice against males.
Man what is this world coming to? This is just fueling the gender war, hatred and segregation. Most men are not predators. I don't understand why we all have to be treated as such.
Or to not have to sit next to a fat person! I don't mind the person, but if they're overflowing into your seat that you paid hundreds of dollars for, that isn't right.
It's perfectly ok to constantly remind men that women have to live in fear of them cause there's no way tell what men are good and what men are bad.
When men apply the same logic and say "we have just as much reason to fear you" women get mad.
It's extremely sexist, but not at all surprising. Letting men choice yo be seated next to another man would be acknowledging that like women, men also have issues. We can't have that.
I won't use such planes!
There is no such thing as she's allowed and i'm not in my book!
Enough with feminism!
Kinda getting the feeling women just hate men and assume we're predators. I am tired of it.
Welcome to the club
What disturbs me is the guilty until proven innocent nature of this. I hope American transportation companies REJECT this outrageous anti-liberty policy.
The whole guilty until proven innocent thing is one of the major reasons why I’m voting for Trump because he was guilty until proven innocent and as a man I know exactly what that’s like
@ManInChains
You are so right. As the famous saying by the Soviet communist secret police goes...
"Show me the man and I'll show you the crime."
That is exactly what the Democrats are doing to President Trump. Their party has turned into a Soviet style persecution ring and they must never be forgiven.
The entire Democrat party should be dismantled. I hope they lose this election by a landslide although I don't expect it to happen. They should, but I doubt they will because there are too many people in this country who are ignorant of history and do not see the parallels between the modern Democrat party and the evil dictatorships of the past. My only hope is that America survives there communist assault.
That’s very sexist. But we are currently living under democrat rule until Trump wins the election. So I’m not surprised
If Harris wins the election, we will just see a hell of a lot more sexist bullshit like this
In India it is reasonable due to the culture. Fair, nothing is fair. Life is not fair.
Thank you for reminding me of yet one more reason I'm glad I don't live in India.
@RingOfFire yeah its certainly not for pussies :D
A plane isn't India just like Emirates isn't just United Arab Emirates. These planes operate around the world. Stop excusing female entitlement, cause we know this is just virtue signalling. When do we ever let things be not fair for women? They have an entire billionaire backed movement behind them to make sure they get fair representation wherever they want, unless of course it's jobs like working in construction, the sewers and picking rubbish off the streets.
The smell of shit on the horizon alone would send me packing.
@WodensGedriht finance.yahoo.com/.../...passengers-163209405.html
Indian women have it bad. They are not treated well.
That doesn't mean they're untouched by feminism. Just because India is a shit hole it doesn't mean they're entirely unaffected by the outside world. This is a population of billions of people.
Also I'm sure if you asked Indians themselves if it's as bad as you think it is they'd say no. Oftentimes Hindu women play a significant role in the family unit and have entire religious cults for women.
India doesn't just contain 1 culture within, but has many different cultures, languages and religions. The wealth and culture varies greatly from region to region. And within that you have different castes of people, which is something our ancestors also believed in as it makes sense.
If your ancestors were peasants then you're going to inherit the genetics that reward such a lifestyle. Same goes for aristocrats. That's why European aristocrats didn't marry commoners.
Look up the myths on Thrall, Carl and Jarl in ancient Germanic cultures. Having corded ware origins, the Germanics had a lot of beliefs in common with Hinduism.
@WodensGedriht what do you know AH, you seem to be a keyboard warrior living in parent's basement. As I said India is not for "pussies" like you :P
How about a seating chart that shows where all the fat dudes and chicks are sitting? I don't want any of them taking half of my space with their blubber!
A bit strange an unnecessary complicated. I wonder if they have that filter on me. I fly 30-50 times per year over the last 6 years and have only set next to a beautiful woman once.
There is SUCH a huge problem out in India with regards to women getting grief from males, that yes I do think it's a good idea to give women out there a choice!
give these men an entire plane... IncelAirlines, perhaps...
or MFTOWAirlines
I bet all those rich "alpha-males" could afford to start it and keep it afloat... lol
because women tend to get sexually assaulted by men a lot.
same reason why Japan has trains designated only for women. because men tend to accidently touch or grope women on trains
And men tend to get falsely accused of sexual assault by women a lot, and are automatically assumed to be guilty. I think it's good to give women the option to not sit next to men, but men should be given the option not to sit next to women as well. What's the issue with giving men that option?
@nastyb That's not the issue I have with this. I said it was good to give women that option. What I asked is why men shouldn't get that option as well. Because believe it or not, women aren't the only people who get mistreated. It's totally understandable that you don't want to sit next to a sexual predator. It's also totally understandable that I don't want to sit next to someone who will falsely accuse me of being a sexual predator. Should men not have the right to feel safe too?
@nastyb We're not designed the same way, no, but you're wrong that men usually want to sit next to women. We don't. Women have their reasons to not want to sit next to us, and we have our reasons to not want to sit next to them. Most men would rather sit next to men than women. It's far more comfortable that way for us, sitting next to women we don't know is awkward, and we feel like we're bothering them just by being there. We're judged as predators before we're even spoken to, and we're often accused of being predators without doing anything. You seem to think we're all emotionless sex pests and we're not.
And even if it were the case, I still don't understand how it puts women in danger to give men the option to not sit next to women if women already have that option. This double standard doesn't help anybody.
Yeah this is a problem in South Asia, where creepy muslim guys harass female passengers. So it was a required step
That's super sexist. They'll end up with lawsuits up the wazoo...
Simples...
Likely not because equal rights never gets applies equally. That's why homosexuals, women and racial minorities get their own special rights.
If India wasn't so rapey this wouldn't even be a thing.
This is fucked in the head. WTF? When does it stop?
I guess this is for the women whom would prefer sitting next to a bear.
When the "far" right comes to power we should carry out an experiment, where feminists get to choose to spend the night in a cell with normal men, or normal bears.
If they know where men are sitting they will make sure to book seats next to a women. That’s why only women have access to see where women are sitting and book seats
So you're saying that you automatically assume that all men are going to try to get a seat next to a woman. Why should anyone have access to see the gender of where people are seated? Isn't that obnoxious to begin with?
I couldn't care less whether I'm sitting next to a man or a woman. Does it show you where transsexuals are sitting too so if I don't want to sit next to one I have that option?
The entire purpose is so that men wouldn’t have the option of sitting next to a women by their own. And can only if the airline wants them to
@dongie
Hey man that's getting a little too rough.
@Dongie
What are you doing? She's just a kid.
@RingOfFire, you think so? 🤔
@Dongie
I make that assumption even though she's anonymous. I wouldn't want to say those things to a kid.
I usually like your comments but I think you went too far on this one.
Ok but what if men don't want to sit next to a certain woman because he's with his family and she's a distracting thot?
So rules for thee but not for me, eh? No, I wouldn't want to sit next to a woman, because from the looks of the opinions from women on this post, most of them will assume I'm some kind of predator just for being born a man. Women aren't the only ones who get uncomfortable sitting next to the opposite sex, I'm not exactly a fan of being falsely accused of sexual assault.
Last time I checked, women aren’t sexually assaulting men at over 95%
@Serkee 91% of sexual assault victims are female and 9% male. So therefore, it’s an epidemic that needs to be addressed. There is no double standard because it is not an even problem on both sides. I’ve been sexually assaulted by multiple men throughout childhood. Not to mention how many creeps are already on this site.
@Serkee Not to mention, within that 9% of sexual assault of men, it includes other men sexually assaulting men as well.
I'm sorry for your terrible experiences but this is exactly why we do not let victims of crimes create public policy without the support of the public.
It is not just to take away the rights of the innocent in order to protect against the guilty. Every human being is an individual and entitled to their fundamental rights unless there is a reason specific to them personally that those rights should be denied.
I would rather they have an option not to sit next to fat people or children.
Life is unfair. In case you missed it. Don't like it take it to court.
Why not just offer individual free standing seats instead of sardine seating?
It’s for the protection of women. To make us feel safe.
Women will never feel safe. They will constantly be told that they'll never be safe. That way they'll keep voting for democrats who will make life for everyone a living hell.
Typical nonsense and hypocritical BS.
So sexist. Another feminazi BS.
Yeah, well fuck the TOXIC bitch!!
I've never heard of that here in the UK
No, better to offer female and male flights
Honestly the genders should be segregated more. Male and female only schools are way more functional, less rowdy and friends will help each other to get a new boyfriend/girlfriend from other schools, rather then competing with each other.
Exactly full segregation is a dream, men in the Americas & women in Australia or Asia
Nope!
I guess I should care but I don't.
Ridiculous
