What do the numbers in each state on this US map represent?

Percent of registered voters who actually voted in 2020 Presidential election

Highest temperature (Fahrenheit) ever recorded

Size of the average home in square meters

Income (in thousands of US$) for a single person to live comfortably

Average number of miles spent commuting to work each week

Average number of books read per person per year

Trick Question, none of the above, please tell us what they mean

Everyone discounts the percentage answer since some of the numbers are more than 100.
Note that Republicans claimed, and had proof, that some voting districts reported more total votes than registered voters, possibly in Democratic states like California and New York.
Anyway, the correct answer is:

None of those seem to fit. Some fit for most states, but seem to be way off in others. Of the ones listed, I'll say miles commuted to work. But some of the states are way off for that.

Percent of voters - can't be over 100%
Highest temperature. - The large majority are too low.
Size of average home. - I'd say those numbers are backwards.
Income - Every one of those numbers are more than double what they should be.
Miles driven. Already mentioned.
Books - no way people read that much.

Trick question - sure it could be anything since none of the others match.

I think it is income in thousands for a single person to live comfortably. I say this because I heard recently that in Virginia, it takes about $80K, and that corresponds to this map.

Not convinced about books unless people are including menus. Facebook isn't a book either.
Miles driven looks plausible but I'd expect it to be higher in more rural areas and lower in developed states.
