What's the longest period of time you've gone without driving a car? Being a passenger? Why?

The first 17years of my live I way only a passenger. Not driving at all even ax a passenger probably during university. Far from my parrents car and at the start I didn't Have many friends with cars. Still that time couldnt have been more than 3 months at max. Not sure how lohg exactly.

19 years before I started driving. But if we’re counting since getting my license, then 6 weeks is the longest, after I had a c section birth with my son - not allowed to drive for 6 weeks after.

although I've gone carless since the pandemia... I still drive from time to time, just no my own vehicles, lol

so... maybe around two or three weks?

I was in the hospital for a month when I was 20 years old. I just drove a wheelchair.

I went about 2 weeks when I had back surgery. The doctor told me as long as I was on meds I would be legally impaired & shouldn't drive for at leas 2 days after I went off them.

I spent three weeks in France this year, twice, and didn't have a car either time.

Probably a week when I was having a Transmission rebuilt and installed back into the car and getting driven to work
