My Thoughts On BLM

I have one thing to say about all this #BLM stuff.

Yes, black lives matter.
Nobody should be disrespecting the police.
Yes, blue lives matter.

Black lives matter is not something meant to be so fucking negative.
Its to show that BLACK LIVES MATTER.

Yes every life matters but the black ones are the ones we're focusing on. Why? Cause the shit is happening to them. They're the ones getting killed, and doing the killing.

Because there's the BLM supporters who are smart about it, explaining why and being civil etc.

Then there are the BLM supporters who're saying kill all cops, all whiteys must die, disrespecting gravestones and shit.

Now, I generally don't say much about BLM (blue or black) because I don't have much of an impact. But come on.
You won't have any respect if you don't give any, regardless of who you are.

Be respectful or you'll get reported and blocked.

Good post. :) The Japanese-American incarceration suggests another point though, that not everybody who says "All Lives Matter" is necessarily some self-defensive person looking to silence black people's complaints against them.

Just think of how many Americans don't even know about the internment camps! Just think of how many don't even know about the 442nd Regiment; how they are ignored or glossed over in mainstream education. :o They put their lives on the line for the US, tons of them died or were maimed for life, some of them even helped to liberate the Nazi concentration camps... all while their families back home in the U. S. were locked up behind barbed wire themselves, because their own country hated and distrusted them. :( At least one guy still sacrificed himself like a real-life Captain America, though:

And yet, another of the regiment's soldiers who survived recalled how, when they all first came home, some waitresses wouldn't even serve them in cafes. :( So for some, "All Lives Matter" is actually because other racial/ethnic minorities have also suffered a long history of oppression and having their lives discounted -- and who STILL suffer racism or violent hate crimes today, and yet they are often ignored by media and society.

I read a Pakistani person's opinion on BLM the other day, and although he could have worded things with more nuance, his essential point was that the media and public are not so responsive to the plight of other racial/ethnic minorities for equivalent levels of racism. Muslims, Sikhs, and Middle-Eastern people have been subject to racism and hate crimes in recent decades especially. He was hurt that so many of his people were being beaten or killed, and yet so few cared by comparison. That's what "All Lives Matter" meant to him.

(cont.) We must remember that BLM is not just about police violence; a lot of it came from the George Zimmerman case too, who was NOT a cop. So the real problem is that black lives are being discounted by society at large: a problem shared by other minorities too. So for some, "All Lives Matter" is an effort to expand and widen the consciousness of all cases of racism, because they are all the same beast. If 40% of the people are sick, do we treat just 13%? No, we must treat all 40 -- together -- to stamp out the affliction. Fighting racism and gaining TRUE equality is kind of like gaining democracy: in order for it to be real, it must apply to everyone, not just one or two groups.

Black Lives Matter was good movement at first then unfortunately some unintelligent people got behind it and were loud as hell and the media covered it. Now the face of it is ruined and is almost doing more bad than good at this point :/

Oh well, someone once said that "#NothingMatters" and here's his thoughts and words on it:

Shit is happening just to blacks? Hmm statistics and studies show quite the opposite.
Sure, there's civil BLM supporters explaining why... problem is that the "why" is complete bullshit, it's all based on lies.
If they said the truth, and were educated (I think ignorance is the big issue with all this), they would know, that all they're talking about, is trash. How can you say "they're killing us" when whites are being killed more often, armed and unarmed? Explain me that.

And I'm sure black lives matter. As long as it's a black person dying at the hands of a non-black. Just look at that video of Castile bleeding out. His girlfriend was like "OMG LOTTERY WIN!" She didn't try to put pressure on his wounds or anything like that... you know, complicated stuff that you learn watching any action movie. Instead she's calmly facebook streaming and setting the scene and trying to claim the cop told him to get his ID then shot him...

Too bad he didn't pick a girlfriend who thought black lives matter!

When are we going to address the black on white crime disproportion?

Roughly 13% of blacks in the US causing 47% of robberies and 57% of murders, killing almost double the amounts of whites who are 65% of the US.

When are we acknowledge the fact that blacks kill cops more than cops kill blacks?

BLM is a backward, divisive and Marxist organisation inspired by a racist cop-killer and led by a bunch of goons.

If BLM was really concerned about Black Lives they would be focusing thier efforts where black lives were being lost. I mean the same year 112 black people were killed by cops 4472 black people were killed by other black people. So 3% of black people murdered were by police and 97% by other black people. This is why I argue BLM doesn't really care about Black Lives.

In 2015, more whites were killed by police than blacks. Blacks kill more blacks than the police do. BLM has their priorities messed up.
