I'm not gonna take sides, but who thought that suing a movie theater for preventative security would be a good idea? I know I live in a small town and our movie theater shows a whopping 4 movies, but are they supposed to be rocking swat gear?
I don't know, I didn't even know they sued them until I read an article about it completely backfiring on them this morning.
#2 is misleading, the people sued the movie theater and they knew they would lose. The movie theater wasn't at fault the they still tried to be greedy.
2 isn't misleading and you're wrong. The lawsuit started out with a couple people on it but several more jumped on. They actually reached a pay out settlement and all but one person accepted it. When the others found out, two people took their names off the case and the next day the court found in the theatres favor. So, actually, they would've won something if one person didn't say anything.
Well, that's what happens when you do a class action lawsuit

As soon as these stories came out, I have virtually lost all hope for humanity. Certainly, the above stories are MUCH worse than Kaepernick.
For real. I think the NFL should just ban Colin if it's that big of an issue. Then again, I don't watch sports. 🤓
