It's actually great progress that they even let women into college over there.
Eh, but Egypt is like Turkey if that provides content. It's not what you're thinking of like Iran, Iraq, or Afghanistan. It's fairly developed but still retains these shitty kind of ideas in the culture very much processed through Islam.
This is why feminism needs to go to those countries more where it is desperately needed!
