Yeah, a couple of rich white assholes in a gated community come out like they've never held a gun before. I mean, look at that shitty trigger discipline. Nah man, those are just a couple of pearl clutching cowards who went bananas the second they thought a black guy might be in their little "community" because they can't even control their emotions like responsible adults.
If you think that's what a hero looks like, then you need to go outside more.
@startingfitness Go back and read what I wrote, dipshit. Now point out where I said they shouldn't have had guns. I may not have any balls, but at least I have enough brain cells to comprehend a couple of simple sentences.
Nah man, cowards come out and wave guns around like they don't have a fucking clue what they're doing, just because they let their fear control them. Is that what you think courage is?
The problem with these videos is that we dont actually have all the evidence and the whole clip. We just know two people waving fire arms at protesters. Interview of the guy in this vid says the protestors ran outside after they were scared for their lives and the gate in their gated community was breached. #1Sounds like they just want to be left alone, #2 they're scared and #3 the protestors went into a gated community which is far removed from their stated goal requesting change/reform for police brutality.
If you at least consider their perspective, it's easy to understand why they would be scared.
However this will probably get buried in the comments because the media has already destroyed this couple's reputation by making them out to be racist. 🤷♂️
They should not be pointing at people unless the threat is immediate. Pointing guns will just create more tension and will increase the likelihood of things escalating. Stand outside with your guns lowered and, if someone becomes an immediate threat, point at them only in that case. Also, in the way they handle their guns, you can see they are not very familiar with guns or shooting.
Also, that dude thinks they got the guns out because the people protesting are black. No, I think they were just scared of all the destruction and harmed caused by BLM protests. I hate these people who make everything about race while it isn't because they are the real racists.
I saw a picture where the man was barefoot. He obviously had little time to react and was seriously concerned. I saw the broken iron gate that was bent like a pretzel. I heard reports that the mob had guns too. Now they are being threatened by the government that didn’t send police when they called.
@goaded certainly in the same mob, yes. More video will surface I am guessing. And they were certainly trespassing and if I understand correctly brandishing weapons first.
It’s even worse than that. Now the black prosecutor is saying she’s going to prosecute them as a hate crime. She’s saying it was a peaceful protest despite the fact the MOB broke through a locked gate on a private street that was marked No Trespassing and despite the fact the MOB was on the couple’s property an when told to get off the property several members of the MOB then threatened their lives. Now it’s a crime to defend yourself
Well, after looking at the varius things and videos and interviews, etc., seeing how they were being threatened to be killed (the whole family) because they are simply white, fuck yeah I'd do the same thing. Protesters are peaceful. The people they were watching and and argueing were not protesters - they were looking for a fight and they picked the wrong white folks to threaten. Prolly should have gone to the neighbors house.
I'm not from USA but this is all stemed from Donald Trump stiring up the violence. If was actualy a man he would get together with black politicians and prominent figures in black community and work out a solution that will please everyone. Or at least make a statement that you are going to educate the police. Actually what they should do is force everyone in the country to take part in a survey and any houshold who doesn't fill it out or responds with racial hatred gets fined. That way you can educate the country on accepting people not just of Blacks but Latinos, Asians, Muslims etc.
i can't believe there's even a discussion about this. Those "peaceful protestors" literally broke through the gate to the private gated community. THAT is a crime. They vandalized, then they trespassed, THEN they shouted threats to the homeowners. This is a fucking joke and so is that racist District Attorney who is threatening to come after these homeowners. The law in that town has given homeowners the LEGAL RIGHT to wield guns at potential threats to their person or their property for decades. Who's really racist enough to just throw away the law book because they're white and they shut down a mob of HUNDREDS of VIOLENT rioters?
I know why the libtards are so pissed. It's because they can no longer say "well single fire guns are okay, but why does anyone need an AR-15"? This incident shows exactly why. 2 guns without firing were able to suppress a violent angry criminal mob. Good luck lefties. Second Amendment and freedom wins again.
This is going to be interesting. There are valid arguments to both sides. It's an incident involving a series of bad decisions from all parties. It's not a clear-cut case of who's right and who's wrong, rather it's one of who's more right or more wrong.
I live here. I practice criminal law (defense), and I know all the parties. I’m not representing any of them though. How far in detail do you want me to go?
If you know about the case, is it true that the protesters broke their gate? Explain to me what the argument against them basically is (legal argument). I would appreciate it if you just said it very simple, like think of me as a baby 😅 ( i know nothing of us law, and much of law in general).
@startingfitness The DA is trying to make the argument the protestors were exercising their First Amendment (free speech) rights and were "victims." It's a tough argument to make an argument they are victims when they were breaking the laws (two of them, to be exact). They had no permit to assemble as St Louis city and county ordinances require, and they forcibly entered private residential property (trespassing). The First Amendment does not give license to violate law, nor does any cause give reason to trespass - it's not a thoroughfare, it's gated and clearly marked private property. Race, cause, has absolutely no relevance in this matter. None. Zero. But the DA is making the egregious error of taking a side before she knows all of the facts. The evidence is too heavily weighted on a short video in which the one who took the video is controlling perspective - and the narrative. There's more to the story. Remember the kid wearing a MAGA hat the media portrayed as harassing a native American a while back. Similar situation. There are surveillance cameras throughout Portland place. There are other witnesses. She is trying to build a case against the McCloskeys using menacing and aggravated assault statutes, which on the surface is not unreasonable, but totality of the circumstances dictates otherwise. She's going up against Missouri's self-defense law, which the McCloskeys exercised here. The best thing the McCloskeys have going for them is the prosecutor who is leading the charge has a miserable track record of prevailing. I've defeated her in two separate cases, and won on appeal in three others. Two Missouri congressmen have already called publicly for her resignation. As of now, there's a rumor they will be indicted but charges haven't been announced. What's telling is it's taken so long for her to investigate, which is a clear signal she's grasping at straws. This isn't going to be a slum dunk for either side.
Oh, so basically they are reaching. They are grasping at straws but they are serious about it. Do you think this is all just pandering, in your opinion?
I hope the couple wins the case. by the way i think you are a very impressive lawyer 😊
Appreciate the kind words. There’s no doubt the prosecutor is pandering. She made the mistake of inferring a verdict based on a short video clip, and she’s spent a great deal of time trying to build a case that supports her public statement. She made the same mistake trying to prosecute the Missouri governor and went down in flames. I’ll get back to you later and explain the points of law she’s trying to brush aside. Let’s see if the rumored indictment comes out later today.
For the time being, here’s the Missouri State statute regarding use of deadly force. One doesn’t need to be a lawyer to really understand it. Key thing here is it is the law here, as passed by state legislature, against which the case will be assessed and judge - not race, BLM, public opinion, or anything else.
So basically the (3) rd point under 2. States that they are allowed to use deadly force in such a circumstance. Which they didn't even do, they were just prepared.
At this point there’s no announcement the McCloskeys have been charged, which is telling since the incident took place June 29th. There are several ways in which the circuit attorney could conceivably charge them, but it will be an uphill fight. It will boil down to whether or not the charge (s) has enough weight to overcome Missouri’s self-defense law, which I linked you to. It is strong, and purposely crafted to give flexibility in cases where defenders act reasonably, even if not textbook perfectly. Circuit attorney’s initial claim they were peaceful protesters fails from the outset. They were angry (social media they used to rally and go to Portland Place Supports this). The incident starts off with violent behavior; they didn’t just climb or force the gate, they destroyed it. Size matters here too. They didn’t show up in onesies and twosies, they showed in hundreds. They were breaking at least two laws, and were provocative. They damaged private property. The now famous cell phone video clip shows a limited slice of time and a very narrow field, open that lens up, look left and right, and the situation looks far more menacing. Factor in the city being either first and second in violent crime per capita, and mob behavior. No protest in this city, despite starting peacefully in appearance, has remained that way. This incident took place in the wake of horrific violence during previous weeks. Would you be threatened?
From what I’ve read, large groups of people broke into their property, breaking through a gate and trespassing on property when there are signs and a gate indicating this is private property. Now, within this sea of many people, there may some peaceful protesters but it’s also true there could be bad mofos using the crowd as a cover. To my understanding, the couple were perfectly within their legal right to do what they did.
Unfortunate if true. Also your listed firearms safety doesn't consider self defence situations otherwise you'd never use a gun to defend yourself. Self defence with firearms 1. Point gun at aggressor so they keep their distance 2. Make sure your firearm is loaded 3. Be ready to pull the trigger if attacked 4. Stand your ground 5. Fire if attacked
If you aren't pointing your gun you are more likely to be attacked and forced to shoot, I lerlarned that a few years ago. Guy thought I hadn't the balls now he pisses in a bag.
What I'm worried about is that blm are that out of hand that if they assault you or break into your home and you defend yourself, you will be the one charge. If you do nothing them it will only get worse as there is not concession that will ever be enough
@BurnHollywoodBurn I wouldn't rely on any "law" in these times. True doesn't matter only agendas. Just look at the TYT video title, totally disgusting.
Yea I understand the agenda going on and it is complete BS but no prosecutor is gonna charge someone protecting themselves inside their home. They will be found not guilty so it would not even be a point to charge them. The prosecutor would just look like an idiot. The reason why they are talking about possibly charging these people is because they had the guns out it is different if you are in the home but if they were to shoot someone outside they would still be charged.
@BurnHollywoodBurn but whether they or anyone was in the right or not it will just come down to a black and white thing, and more riots and more msm lying and I encouraging violence. Their totally purge YouTube of and dissident channels. I think with this, lockdown and these riots etc that we are really in NWO, I hope I'm wrong.
NWO has been here for a while what we are heading into is the loss of our privacy, the cashless system, and destroyed economy. The government killed the healthcare system and will end up taking it over so we have socialism. Also socialism because of the economy as well. I truly thought the riots were to bring in martial law but then it never happened.
@BurnHollywoodBurn yeah we're in the NWO, just not in the middle of it yet. I think that so many people have been red pilled by the internet that they are speeding up the agendas.
@tryach I truly believe they tried this same BS with the Swine Flu in 2009. Now of course they did not have 5g back then but it sure seems like they tried the same exact BS with the media. Trying to scare us the same way. I just think back then people were not programmed enough by movies and TV so they didn't go through with it.
@BurnHollywoodBurn yeah but, nowadays I noticed lot of people I speak to talk like how we are talking now. It gives me some hope. Have you listened to Alan Watt (not watts) ?
@BurnHollywoodBurn yeah. I would send you a link but this site won't let me. Look him up. YouTube got rid of a lot of his videos. But his video a globalist agenda for a dumb down society is good.
It's interesting that racist white people are getting triggered just after one or two of protests for BLM, try centuries of oppression by White slave owners of the past. If a White person on here doesn't care another oppressing a coloured person what happens when the minority population is longer the minority? Are racist people going to continue talking shit and crying about their privilege? It's not hate against white people, I want there to be peace but I know as a Muslim if I extend the olive branch and help a White person in an accident and provide food, water and money he will probably talk shit about Islam on Twitter the next day. Apparently it doesn't matter if you try to be the better person to a racist white person, they will always feel like their superior and threaten you with "Go back where you came from Paki", therefore who's the immature one in this scenario? What I just mentioned happens all the time.

If a group of people walk onto your property chanting it is threatening end of story. It's the same thing the kkk (you know the people your supposed to be mad at) did.
They invaded the family's property, so I don't see anything wrong here from the side of the family, and I would've done more or less the same thing. Nothing gives people the right or justification to invade somebody's else's home.
The video that was edited by CNN left out the footage of the "protesters" knocking over the gate, threatening the family, threatening to kill their kids, their dog, etc.
Which is why most media conveniently hid that fact. Doesn't suit the narrative. The only thing the two did wrong was having shitty gun-knowledge by the way they hold them. Definitely should get some training. lol
@FakeName123 Ya I had a feeling I was wrong, hence why I announced my embrace with the dislikes lol that camera footage just shows people walking by it's all in the presentation idd
What’s with the “HA HA HA’s” and the “LOL’s” There is nothing funny about ANY of this! You are a grown-ass woman! I’m 16, and i am at least being respectful of the terrible place our country is at right now! But your immature ass, just types “Oh LOL” and “Ha Ha Ha Oh i didn’t...” Also, why do you INSIST on repeating that they were “walking past his house” What the hell were they walking on? HIS PRIVATE PROPERTY! There is NO public sidewalk, or public road there, NONE! IT IS ALL HIS PRIVATE PROPERTY! They literally destroyed HIS iron gate, and stormed into his back yard, they threatened to KILL his dog, then they threatened to kill his wife, then him! There are about 25 cellphone videos Of the event... Friggin’ research it! But, instead, you just giggle like a middle school girl, who just got felt-up by a boy for the 1st time. So is it YOUR contention, that a lifelong democrat, & civil rights attorney, who has done more to help the black community of St. Louis than just about anyone, SUDDENLY became a crazed racist when he saw some black people going for an evening stroll? Is that what you think happened? The man has dedicated his life to helping African Americans achieve equality and fairness, but he just couldn’t stand the sight of black people on HIS street? Or do you think, it’s AT LEAST POSSIBLE, that given that he’s watched the same “peaceful protesters” burn the city down every night for a month, that he truly feared for the safety of his family, and his home?
@SarahNiemann Sowwie as a grown ass woman, I'm still gonna laugh. And you misunderstand. I don't insist, I said I thought they were. Am happy @FakeName123 posted that picture.
@JosyJosy Yeah that 16 year old is right. You really are immature for your age. the fucked up part that 16 year old has more maturity than you do at 27
@JoseyJosey a grown arse idiot. Apparently you're meant to let people invade your private property are they have burnt cities to the ground and killed people, and apparently wait to see if they kill you or burn your house down. An grown arse idiot.
It was completely legal for them to do that. It wasn’t against the law to show armed protesters that you mean business when they decide to waltz in through a gate to a road that is private enough that it is uncharted on Google maps.

@SuccessfulHornDog Yes, probably.
I saw a picture where the man was barefoot. He obviously had little time to react and was seriously concerned. I saw the broken iron gate that was bent like a pretzel. So, grandfather, where did you see the "broken iron gate that was bent like a pretzel"?
OK, fair do's, I expect the Fox News pictures are genuine.
@goaded Actually, I saw the bent gate posted on this site and it looked like the gate from other sites before it was broken.
Yep, they bent the gate. And they were (legally) carrying firearms.
@goaded did they have guns in the commission of a crime... vandalism, breaking in and trespassing? It would seem so.
Were they the same people who bent the gate?
@goaded certainly in the same mob, yes. More video will surface I am guessing. And they were certainly trespassing and if I understand correctly brandishing weapons first.

"1. always keep your firearm pointed in a safe direction.
2. treat all firearms as if they were loaded.
3. keep your trigger finger outside the guard and off of the trigger until you are ready to fire.
4. be certain of your target, your line of fire, and what lies beyond your target."

They've had their fun guns taken away. :(
Unfortunate if true. Also your listed firearms safety doesn't consider self defence situations otherwise you'd never use a gun to defend yourself.
Self defence with firearms
1. Point gun at aggressor so they keep their distance
2. Make sure your firearm is loaded
3. Be ready to pull the trigger if attacked
4. Stand your ground
5. Fire if attacked
You just made those up, and you missed out:
-1. Show that you are armed.
0. Show that you are ready to point gun at the aggressor *if* they come closer.
Not to mention, learn to recognise aggressors. People walking past your property do not count, at least not for your made-up measures.
If you aren't pointing your gun you are more likely to be attacked and forced to shoot, I lerlarned that a few years ago. Guy thought I hadn't the balls now he pisses in a bag.

What I just mentioned happens all the time.
lmao all the white guys disliking are fucking babies who only care about their pathetic racist needs, go fuck yourselves, I hope God slaps each one of you dick turds in the face stupid ass white supremacist garbage ass waste of life human civilians who just like to start shit with their dumb ass satanic ways of life.
you do what you have to do to keep you and what you own safe at all times ! thanks
If a group of people walk onto your property chanting it is threatening end of story. It's the same thing the kkk (you know the people your supposed to be mad at) did.
dammed democrat voters never learn
They invaded the family's property, so I don't see anything wrong here from the side of the family, and I would've done more or less the same thing. Nothing gives people the right or justification to invade somebody's else's home.
The video that was edited by CNN left out the footage of the "protesters" knocking over the gate, threatening the family, threatening to kill their kids, their dog, etc.
Kind of strange, I don't see much threatening going on. they're just walking by. Oh well, come and get me, dislikes.
Post your address, I want to peacefully walk by your house.
Its not peaceful when its a breaking and entering.
@berserk945 o they broke in, yeah that's different haha
"they're just walking by"
Yeah, no.
@FakeName123 Hahahha oh shit yeah I'd be getting weapons too.
Am happy @FakeName123 posted that picture.
also. LOL
Yeah that 16 year old is right. You really are immature for your age. the fucked up part that 16 year old has more maturity than you do at 27
@JosyJosy Yeah that 16 year old is right.
Everyone calm down! She said she didn't realize that they broke into that gated community!
Now you all are ganging up on her for something she already admitted she was wrong about!
@berserk945 Lol ignore it. Like people get offended so easily, misunderstand things and start bombarding me with hate It can't be helped huh
@JimboGB You also misunderstood, congratz
@JosyJosy you went from arrogance to victimhood real quick 😆
@JimboGB no you misunderstood
It was completely legal for them to do that. It wasn’t against the law to show armed protesters that you mean business when they decide to waltz in through a gate to a road that is private enough that it is uncharted on Google maps.
I'm all for having the right to defend your property by any and all means.
