Why the hell did the girl not go to the ER and have a rape kit done and initiate an investigation from outside of the school?
How is it that schools are an autonomous investigation zone and the police are not included in an investigation from step 1?
Universities do this all the time and bury investigations, especially of athletes.
Just because it happened on school property the school has no law enforcement authority to do anything but cooperate with the investigation. Or that's how it should be.
This is just bizarre.

I had trouble deciding which choice was the best until I got to the last one and BINGO!!.
I saw this on the news and it is a disgrace. The superintendent should be arrested for aiding and abetting since he failed to report it to police because he wanted to handle it "in house:". The whole school board needs to be removed and the school district needs to be put in receivership until the problem is fixed.

My assumption is to support trans people and a school policy about gender identity and bathrooms and whatnot; and that divulging that fact wouldn't look good for them. Which makes sense. Not excusable but understandable. And ultimately completely counter-productive. It only makes it look worse. But I get the motivation behind it: we want to protect them, they are the victims, blah blah blah.
So to show even just one as the offender would poke a hole in their narrative. People do it all the time. Not the brightest of ideas but it's common.
As opposed to seeing trans people as... you know... people - meaning there are good and bad ones and the bad ones need to be prosecuted - they're painted as saints who would never harm a fly and things always happen to *them*.
Telling the truth is much simpler. And what a case like this does is bring into question a lot of laws regarding having transwomen or gender fluid or gender Play-Doh in female spaces. It could be a huge step back the trans activists, right?
On the other hand, I get the argument that it's rape (saw someone on here say that, forgot who) and let's just focus on that. But to think the trans factor doesn't play an important part (not saying it's the reason why he raped) is naive.
And the school board's actions are just gross. The fact that they tried to hide it is disgusting and disturbing and creepy. But it's not the first time this school has had issues with the parents and community apparently. So there may be more than the trans thing but also a PR issue at play here. Dunno.Pathological pseudo-altruism. Defending Sexual Gnosticism has become such a sacred obligation to those under the influence of the woke cult, that they are literally sacrificing justice - and the safety of actual women - on its altar!
Neopaganism gone stark raving mad. What's more vile than the rape cover ups? Throwing the girls' fathers in jail, simply for demanding answers, and then cowardly branding the fathers as "terrorists" for demanding accountability!
In past centuries, a school board that sick would already be dangling from the gallows by now. Here's what I don't understand. I have not heard one person, right or left, school board or parent make the claim that the boy is transgender. Not once. Every single time he's just identified as a boy in a skirt. The obvious out for the school board and that side of the culture war in general is easy: "A rapist (because all men are secretly rapists, obviously) decided to besmirch the good name of all trans women everywhere by pretending to be trans to rape a girl". It doesn't damage their narrative at all, and it doesn't advance the narrative of "tHe RiGhT".
Unless of course, they realize that the argument "tHe RiGhT" was making was never about preventing trans people from using the other bathrooms, it was about preventing this exact scenario. That's the only reason I can think of why they're not taking this out.Loudon County School Board is hyper woke and put in place policies that allowed the creature who raped/sodomised both girls to do what it did, It should have been put before a court for the first attack and not as the Loudon County School Board put it 'handled in house', as all they did was move the creature to another school which allowed it to commit the second attack, instead of it being at home under suspension or in secure custody.
The Loudon County Sheriff needs to be investigated over these incidents as the Loudon County School Board seem to have too much control over it and its officers.People with penises should never be allowed into ladies or girls restrooms. They should be post-op before doing that.
You know exactly why. They were working on a resolution to protect transgender students, which the parents in the county are opposed to, so they didn’t want this to be discussed as one of the problems with their policy. The entire board is corrupt and full of activists.
Although all the "Diversity, Inclusion, and Empowerment" stuff is garbage, the bathroom permissions and wearing a skirt stuff is small potatoes, the real problem is the cultists defense of that ideology -- in this case by covering up a rape. But this is not new, universities have been implementing policies to handle such things internally a number of years now. Although usually the trick is that the "rape" is not that at all, and by handling it internally they can expel the guy and ruin his life without evidence. But if they report to the cops, then the standard is higher. In this case, it's the other reason they handle it internally: To appease the DIE crowd.
I feel like boys being raped isn't talked about enough. It's just as horrible as a girl being raped.
Rape is bad no matter who you are.The school board probably just doesn’t want any bad coverage of them. As for the media, if this is true, they’ve been very negligent in doing their job, especially if it happened twice. Somebody needs to be sued.
Because they are leftist totalitarians and leftist totalitarians censor information that doesn't agree with their deranged narratives.
Funny how most men only care about rape when the perpetrator is transgendered.
I wonder where they are when the rapists are their fathers, brothers and friends.
Oh, wait, I know where.
Telling the victims "you don't make great life choices".Good job "othering" an entire group of people based on an isolated incident. The guy was going to rape eventually. He used the transgender card to gain access. He is obviously one of those hides-in-the-shadows type of rapists. Do the math
They moved the degenerate to another school where it attacked another girl. The thing is now in custody
Your government wants to call the father of the victim of assault a "domestic terrorist". I keep hearing Trump's quote in my head "they're not after me, they're after you and I'm in their way".
People have been asking that law enforcement take rape more seriously for decades. If there is any hiding being done it is because it is rape - not because it is trans.
Politicians (sans liberal; all of them) are just f*cked in the head.
Ask them why... oh wait, some parents have, and they're now being called "domestic terrorists".
Because all of this liberal "my right to do this and my right right to feel that" is a pile of horse twaddle.
Do you think a rapist wouldn't of done this if he wasn't wearing a skirt?
Or do you understand the rapist would of found a way to do this anyway and then done it.
You may not like reality but i will say it, these 2 girls would of been raped whether he wore a skirt or not. That's what a rapist does and sadly you can only catch them after the act.Didn't that little Aggot (F). Rape another person right after at different school or sexually assault somebody.
Those people are aick. And yallnneed to stop encouraging those people
