She probably won't, just a lifetime of garnishments. Any assets she has could be taken, if not protected but at the same time (not sure in this case as I haven't followed it much) some civil judgments can be in bankruptcies.

She can't go to jail for it though, it just means Johnny can pursue her endlessly, any future acting jobs, or book deals, etc... he gets the royalties from until the debt is paid. Of course interest and fees may also be added to collection efforts, legal fees for example.
