On a side note , DOW continues to collapse. I believe 5th straight day with like near 2000 points down. same pattern , raise rates , goes up first couple of days , then bombs the rest of the time. Interesting, I know my mom wanted to get one but they wouldn’t let her because she was getting chemo for cancer, they should have just let her anyway since she didn’t live longer anyway. I also know you can’t donate blood for 6 months if you recently got a tattoo

Everything causes cancer. Every injury you ever have, even the tiniest cut, slightly increases your risk of developing cancer. So unless it's something stupid like walking into the depths of chernobyl with zero safety equipment, it's just not worth it to avoid every single little thing that could increase your chances of developing cancer. You'd be sitting in a padded cell eating nothing but sanitized broccoli.

I don't know how I feel about covid. It's rare that something comes up where no matter how much you look into it, there doesn't seem to be a single correct answer. Scientists disagreeing with scientists, doctors disagreeing with doctors, none of the people we put our trust in can agree on how dangerous covid is, or how it should be handled, so who are we supposed to believe? I don't think covid was handled well, but at the same time, I don't know how it should have been handled. It doesn't seem to be terribly deadly, but it does seem to be just... A really weird virus. And all the lasting side effects people have reported. What's up with that? I haven't had them, but other people swear they do. If the side effects are real, then covid really is more than just a flu, and it needs to be figured out why it has so many strange lasting effects. If the side effects are delusion, then that's still something that needs to be looked into. If the side effects are a huge government conspiracy, then it's an all around what the fuck is the government doing and why. I don't know. There's just so much warring opinion on covid that I don't know what to think.
