I think it's fantastic I love the French they don't take any bs from the government if it happens here nobody will do anything other than moan about it
I support them. The majority of Americans wouldn't have the backbone to protest if our government did this. They only protest when a brown or gay person is "oppressed"
It already happened in the USA. It's the only way to keep the program solvent. The original minimum distribution age was from a time when life expectancies were much shorter.
It's all a nonsensical lie that people love to be enslaved with because they're mind controlled. Do they seriously think that they will be paying to the "government" (the authority that magically has more human rights than humans do) what they don't own to it, and that it will benefit them at the end? Mind blowing.

Well it has. With falling birth rates and rising health status for older people it is just gonna be so.
It's the first step there. Next step is the government trying to get their hands on that pot of pension money
I understand why people are not happy with this, but it's a necessity.
Because people in developed countries don't want to have children, the society is aging and the pension system is starting to become ineffective.
Wouldn't care, I won't be alive long enough to collect it.
I would just avoid the traffic from the big cities...
It will happen as they will take out the 62 and make it 66.

What happend? Nothing, the government just passed it as if people didn't object

What is it now? In the US the age to get full social security benefits is 67, though the few private pensions left still usually use 65.
Who takes french people seriously anyways 😒
I don’t intend to live on government pension anyway so doesn’t matter to me
Americans would just roll over and take it, we've been defeated by our government.
And this is why you don't praise government-funded retirement plans. They're all scams and you're at the whims of a bunch of pedophiles.
Best to have your own savings and retire when you want.

The economic reality is that people live longer and the government will go broke if the retirement age does not go up.
Fair. They want people to work till they totally worn out. Sick.
I probably can’t retire until 67, they keep raising it here in the USA for social security
In the US, you're better off working until you die. So I don't know what France is bitching about.
You mean socialism is failing its obligations... shoooocking
Well hey, you have all those refugees to pay for.
