That... that doesn't even make any sense. How the hell would they even TRACK it? You buy a game, you download it, then unless it's through a third-party platform like Steam, there's no way of knowing when it gets installed.

Even EA wouldn't be THAT stupid.

Even big game companies like Nintendo are very unpleased of Unity's business decision yet Unity still keeps doubling down on it, lol.

To make things even worse and piss literally everyone off even more, this parasitic bean counter Unity CEO even had the nerve to retroactively change his terms of service in secret while trying to gaslight everyone into believing the ToS has always been that way, so he can use this excuse to financially leech off of devs who've used Unity in the past under a completely different ToS they agreed to that is nothing like the current ToS.
