Syphilis is uncommon these days and easily treated. In the unlikely event he did have it, he wouldn't walk around with symptoms of being in its most advanced stages.

It just illustrates how liberals will always believe the worst about President Trump and the fake news will always report a rumor as the gospel truth and never apologize when it comes out they are lying
