If there are some who are not familiar, Jonah was the prophet in the Bible sent to admonish the people of the city of Nineveh and warn them

u I don’t think anything of it except for the fact that it will pass right over where I live. I’m looking forward to it and hoping for clear skies. It has nothing to do with religion, this seems to be a coincidence.

The path of the eclipse is simple orbital mechanics. Trying to read some religious or supernatural impact is fraught with failure.

Yes, and that's what we call a co-incidence. There's nothing meaningful about the "path" of the eclipse, no hidden message to be found.
I hope the good citizens of Nineveh are actually good. Is it a solar or lunar. If lunar I hope everybody is in the bed they are meant to be in.
