Yeah, he wasn’t arrested for praying. He was arrested for being within the legal buffer zone around the entrance made to protect the patients from religious harassment. The argument can be made that he wasn’t doing anything harassing, but he had no business being that close to the entrance of an abortion clinic to pray for an aborted child from 20 years prior. So yes, he was found guilty of being in a buffer zone when he was not supposed to.
