Am I the only one that thinks Valentine’s Day is stupid?

I mean why make it one day of the year when you can show love to your loved new everyday.
I’ve been asked who’s the lucky guy this year but I said there’s no guy and I have no crush on someone. My best friend said, “What about our guy friend that likes you back in the day? He STILL in love with you You should chat him up. Give the boy a chance.”
It’s so annoying that my friends keeps saying that to me. We’re just friends.

My girlfriends are doing a Galentines Day this weekwnd because they’re going out with my their boyfriends/husband on Friday. They told me to text our guy friend to go with me but he’ll think I like him more than just a friend.

Maybe... I have moments where i don't appreciate it, but overall it's nice to have an extra excuse to celebrate something positive.

Valentine’s Day is built on the life of a Christian saint and people are talking about sex and seduction props to celebrate it, which is so far from being religious or spiritual, I have no idea why they waste their time celebrating it at all.
