So there's a guy.. he has a long tongue.

So there is this guy in one of my classes. He always sits next to me, and we have really fun conversations. In my acting class we were assigned to work together. We argued the whole time, when it was finally time to perform we just had this connection. Ours was about two people meeting at an airport. We really acted as if it was real. And the whole time he just smiled, and stared at me like I was the most beautiful thing he has ever seen. After that he didn't really speak to me much, probably just nervous? Then recently he has been speaking again, and teasing me. But he hasn't asked for my number or to go out. What should I do? Make a move first? or just wait or move on?
