I am a girl that loves sports. I have a wicked arm(for a girl).I love you get down and dirty in football. Yet I always love to dress up, wear short shorts or mini skirts and go to the movies or something.I have so many guy friends, its not even funny. Yet, I haven't had a lot of boyfriends, and I couldn't help but wonder, Do guys like girly girls or tomboys or girls right in the middle, like me? please help. :)

in my opinion I like girly girls.but not girls that are ditzy. I'm a three sport athlete and I play sports almost everyday and when I'm with my girl I don't want to talk or play anymore sports, so I like girly girls that don't play sports but know enough about it to where they aren't idiots

But now you did get me thinking about a girl who I'd categorize somewhat similar to you. She's an engineer, the geeky type, but when she dresses up she's super hot, all the guys who don't know her just can not keep their hands off her and us are there to protect her. She's got all of us like her big brothers.
Could it be that all your guy friends treat you like you are their sister? And the few reasons why they do not go after you as a girlfriend is because they are in this comfort zone with you as a friend and going after you requires them to get out of that comfort zone and risk alienating or ruining the friendship.
I'm a former tomboy and I totally understand. Well to answer your question.some guys do and some dont. It depends on the guy. I always had a boyfriend in my tomboy days. Now that I'm a girly girly they act like they are scared of me they say I'[m too pretty. But I can hang longer than they can. I have more ball than they do.LOL.
Just be yourself no matter what and the right guy will come along.
doesn't matter how you act. you jus haven't found the right boii. don't rush into some boii and expect them to like you , or end up hurting ur feeling. find a guy that likes you for u. find a guy that likes the same things as u. things happen for a reason. it will take time but the boii will come to you don't sweet it.
