Yes and it sucks and you might feel like an ass to do it. The thing is that it also takes practice so be careful for example in the situation you just explained. She felt bad she doesn't have time to spend with you. You have to respond in a way that makes you look like a catch. Saying it's ok and consoling her is a nice thing to do and you should always do nice things if you want a long term relationship but in a case like this where you want her to make time for you, you have to play with it and one up her to make her want to try. Example "I'm glad you said that cause I'm going to be really busy for the next couple weeks and I might not be able to see you at all anyway.". It's really f***ed up but it works She will respond emotionally like I know he has time to see me somewhere doesn't he want to? Most likilly she will be calling you the next day if not later the same day trying to make plans to do something with you. The way it works is if you want her to try harder see you more you have to make her feel like your time is more utalized than hers so she has to bend her scedule to fit you.
