So I know now in base of another question I have asked that a bar is not a place to pick up any girl that wants something real so now the question is where do I go to meet someone that wants a serious relationship? As another part of that I want to add this do girls in college want a long term thing or a short term fun life ?

Anywhere else: class, the library, groups on campus, volunteer events, etc. I think it depends on the girl whether or not she's looking for a long-term thing. There are plenty of either kind on a college campus.
