I'm a hs sophomore, and the senior drum major in my marching band (who's parents are friends with mine) never really looks at me or ever talks to me, even when I'm with my parents and they're talking to him. He pretty much talks to everyone else...
Does he like me/think I'm cute? or Does he just hate me for some random reason?

I think he just don't notice you. You may THINK that he's talking to everyone but you, but I'd suggest that maybe he's only talking to the same people. If you really like him, then it should be easy to strike up a conversation with him.
