Is very possible that she likes you, so don't "ask her permission" to talk about things out of the friend zone, just do it she even said so herself. I wouldn't ask too many questions though because you'll release all sexual tension if everything is out in the open, and then things will become boring for both of you. Knowing what you already know from the questions you asked, move forward and ask her out if you like her and want to.

When you both admit that you like each other, there is a release of sexual tension because the previously mysterious desires of you both are now in the open and there's nothing to wonder anymore.
