Love is mostly a everyday word that most women and men you. She could just be saying hey love. Thsat just means that she`s substituting your name for something else. Sorry to tell you but that does not mean anything

It is simply flirting or something she does regularly. She probably calls other guys love. The same way say your Mother might call everyone sweety, or you may have someone who you call hon.
