Dude what do you think it means, here's a hint your both single and she's asking you what are you doing on v day, this is what I would have said I am making you dinner on v day or we are going to dinner on v day. Come on man what did you do say nothing, and let me guess she said oh ok yeah me to probably just watch a movie at my house or something, ya you should have picked up on that. So before she finds some other guy to do something with on v day go get her.

She wants you to say "Hopefully something with you"! No doubt, just ask her to do something (if you're interested)
