Your thoughts on Zumba?

I have a friend who loves zumba though I will admit it isn't really my thing but she literally dragged me to the class and I was a little surprised. Many of the women in the class wanted to lose weight, but to lose weight effectively you can do zumba with an effective diet. According to my friend zumba is much better for toning up than actually losing weight as a one hour zumba class takes a lot of effort even for me and I exercise a lot. With a DVD, try work yourself as much as possible and dedicate time for it and you should be able to see its effects.

Its a good workout and its fun. If you do it for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week (at the least) and eat a balanced, healthy diet then those 20 pounds will be gone quickly. I'm not completely sure the difference between the DVD and the actual class but I'm imagine as long as you're doing it intense and pushing yourself then you'll get the same results.
