I'm by no means a thin girl, therefore, from experience, I've dated some chubby lovers in the past. They aren't toooo hard to find, you're not that weird. A lot of men find "soft" and "curvy" very attractive and feminine traits. A little chubby has great benefits, and exaggeration of feminine curves (think breasts, hips, thighs, bums, lol) and for many it's oh so great to grab on to that soft flesh.

The body types that are trendy have to do with a lot of sociological/cultural influences. In the past curvier women were found more attractive, mostly due to the fact that it was a sign or health along with wealth. Long long before that (think caveman, lol) you wanted a woman who could last you the winter. Nowadays, with our modern lifestyles, it's a luxury for many (time, money, effort) to stay "skinny" therefore, skinny or "thin" is in and signifies health, etc.. So yes, it's natural to have different preferences, though most people's preferences are dominantly socially controlled which is also natural.

If I were you I wouldn't go around worrying about what people think of what you like. You like what you like. That's all.

I have a friend who likes thick girls which is fine. There are women who like skinny little guys and big husky guys.

Aside from the normal things that attract me on women, I don't mind a girl with a long nose.

I would think you may be in the minority compared to guys that would prefer the victoria secret model, but who cares? Do what makes you happy and pursue whoever you want!
