So I was reading this thing that said that if you eat right, like if you eat enough protein and do some kind of aerobic exercises that you will grow. I thought it was all genetic.

Yes, through yoga and the stretching of the spine. Google it up. However, this process is really hard and requires discipline.

If you're malnourished, food will matter. If you're eating even basically healthy it comes to genes only. And Once you're 18, you're done growing taller anyway.

it is, but when your a kid and your still growing its important to get abundnat protein and have a good diet. eating protein and working out will increase muschle development though...if you have scholiosis (the spine has an S figure if you look at someone's back, corrective surgery that straightens the spine will make them taller. it is all genetics though

once you're done growing, your height is not going to change...until you get old and start shrinking.

Pilates and yoga help your posture greatly, which in turn makes you seem taller.
