an eating disorder is what you will accomplish by going down the starving path, or the throw up your food path. when you have an eating disorder your body goes into starvation mode, it saves ALL the calories that youve eaten, all the carbohydrates and proteins are turned into fat and energy for your body. after all those are eaten up by your body for energy, it will slowly eat away all your muscle for energy, all you will be left with is fatty tissue which takes very long for your body to get rid of by just starving yourself. I had a slight eating disorder, and it is NOT the way to go. it affects everyone around you. it ruins lives. not only your own but the people you love and who are close to you. you may not think so, but it does. not everyone is built or has the genes to be a size zero, it may just not be in the cards for you, I know now it isn't for me, and I have come to accept that. you need to accept your body for what it is, learn to love it. god gave it to you the way it is for a reason. if you want to lose weight do it the healthy way, go see a nutritionist. she will help you with your eating plans, and that will start you off. stop eating junk food, it is horrible for your body. eat a lot of greens, and not a lot of fatty meats or foods like that. get a personal trainer, and if you cannot afford that get a simple gym membership. there are classes that are great cardio workouts that help you burn thousands of calories. find a better way that just starving yourself. starving yourself may seem like the easy way not, but you will look back and thank the lord that you didn't go down that road. times are getting hard, and the pressure to be beautiful is harder than ever, but the time is to chose the easy way or the right way.
