I think around 165 - 190 maybe it all really depends

but remember the number of your actually weight doesn't matter as much as how you actually carry your weight so you shouldn't worry about your weight

Also, muscles way more than fat so if your a rather muscular guy then your going to weigh more

It doesn't just depend on height but also your frame. Also at your age you could still possible get broader through the shouders et cetera.

at 5'11 a good weight would be 175 to 185! If your a broad guy you get away with up to 190. If your a thin guy and have a problem gaining weight.drink whey powder drinks, add peanut butter and banana and do some strenght training with weights. If your over weight and would like to lose some weight.change the way you eat permanently.diet's are for people who will always have a weight problem! They never work long term.

If your trying to put muscle on eat boiled eggs and turkey.sliced turkey is fine try thin and trim. Eat white fish, chicken , brown rice.peanut butter.

At 5'11, your target should be at 164 lbs. If its 144 lbs - its too low and if its 183 lbs, its too high. But factors change these numbers - if you are an athlete or work out a lot, you will gain a LOT of weight through muscle and muscle weighs more then fat. Other things like your body proportion can have effects on your weight. In whole though, as long as you look good in what you wear or look in the way you already are - then you are already attractive. I know a guy who's 5'11 and his weight is no where near the range above - but he still looks great. As long as you feel and look good then your body in essence will obviously be attractive.

awholenewsetofrules Lmao. My husband is a little short of 6'1" and 140 pounds! Obviously he is REALLY skinny, but he also has a VERY small frame so it doesn't look as bad as you might think. He's bones don't stick out and he has some nice tight little muscles. - 7 months ago
