I shave all of it. You don't have to, and the upkeep is horrible, but I think its worth it, and my boyfriend loves it. Naturally I have quite a bush, and it would probably be thicker if I was to stop shaving.
I just do the edges not all of it (mainly because I'm a swimmer and lifeguard and constantly in bathing suits). The thickness depends on the individual I think. Its not like. A bush lol.
