Lately I've been craving the taste of ginger...pickled ginger on sushi, candied ginger, fresh ginger tea made with sliced ginger root...i even been eating pieces of the strained-out ginger from making the tea!

Strange, huh? :-P

  My mom used to make stuffed cabbage but I'd leave the cabbage. Also not a fan of cucumbers but I'll have cucumber sauce on my gyro. I'm also a fan of pickles. I'm weird like that.

Some people may think it weird but red rooster hot sauce or Louisiana hot sauce on lays chips with lemon. The only thing good for you in that combination is the lemon haha
