Can I flirt with my friends crush?

So I might like this guy that is in a lot of my classes, I don't positively kno I like him becuz I thought I liked one of my best guy friends, but he kinda has a girlfriend. The problem with me liking this guy is that one of my friends is like obsessed with him. But I am sooo much closer to him! Should I stick with liking the best guy friend with a girlfriend, or go with the guy my friend likes? HELP!

I'm not asking if I can flirt with him or not. The site people changed my question. I am asking if I should tell my friend I like her crush, or not. And if I should like my best guy friend or my friends crush. No one else around here seems good enough 4 me.
