i think if you have an edgy style and really ooze fashionista then you get away with a lot of things not looking slutty. one of my best friends is really skinny and tall like double 00 and she wears the tiniest shorts but because she's really outrageous and looks likes she's come off a catwalk she never looks slutty. I on the other hand wouldn't be able to pull it off. if I wore booty shorts I would look really hoochie! I think if you wear stylish things and your confident it shouldn't come across that way. being slutty is more than the garments you wear, its HOW you wear them. for the record those ones megan fox is wearing are a bit dated. black would be more classic and a more sophisticated statement.
