I'm attending a beach party next month, and I want to wear a bikini, but I'm so embarassed about the cellulite on my thighs.
I've tried tanning, but they are still visible. I'm desparate to get rid of them, but I don't know what works.
Please help.
See I had a wedding last month and since I have few cellulite-waist .So I tried dieting and you know that doesn't work that fast.So I heard from sm friends about some body cream (rock brand).Its anti cellulite.I tried that 4 a month.And I really liked the result.At 1st I didn't notice that much.But then I noticed big time with my clothes.Big difference.
try that.If not hmmm.u should try cycling.

The Nivea does work really well, as does some small toning exercises each day targeted to that area. Tanning, amazingly, also minimizes its appearance to a point. Just remember, it won't all go away. We all have some, unfortunately. If you find a way to get rid of all of it, though, please tell me. Not even toning can get rid of my last little bit!

I know some work outs to tone the legs, I don't know if it will really work. But I'll try it, and let you know.

start a new workout regime. a month is long enough to get rid of them if you start excerising and a new balanced diet.
there some products out there that get rid of it.but I've never tried them so I'm not sure if they work, although you could find reviews on products online.
Body brushing, massage, drink less coffee, tea, fizzy drinks and lots of water. And get a firming cream too. But body brushing and massage is the best way I have read and heard over and over. I don't know myself, luckily never had any!
NIVEA! they have anti cellulite patches and the lotion--use them together for best results and start asap! you can purchase at cvs. it really works. also excercise works too

drink a lot of water and walk alot, I used to have it but I startes walking about 3 miles a day and my school is pretty big so it was more like 4 miles but its up to u! there are also a lot of excellent websites you could visit to help with cellulite.
Probably try to drink more water and walk reguarly.There's not much else you can do unless your willing to get surgery or something. I know it sucks.
Eat a lot of protein, exercise,don't eat a lot of fruits and suger and exercise exercise exercise! Or the real fast way is to put on some foundation and bronzer on the marks! good luck:D
