I don't have an acne problem at all. There will be times when I get a few zits or pimples on my face but they go away pretty quickly. Its the rest of my body, like my back, arms and legs that I am having a problem with. I never had this problem before but now I'm getting zits everywhere but my face and they aren't going away too quickly.

What are some skin products for men that will help me out?

you could try proactive or clinique line of cleansers/ acne treatments. also have you considered taking zinc? it helps regulate oil production in the sebaceous glands

I tried the neutrogena bodywash but it didn't really do anything. I've done a few things which seem to have helped a little - reduced breakouts and such.

First, always wear clean outfits (as in, daily).
Next, don't use dryer sheets (I use a bit of liquid fabric softener before I toss my laundry in the dryer).
Third, regularly wash your bedsheets because when you sleep on them. . . you see where I'm going with this. I don't know what frequency would be acceptable but I guess once a week or bi-weekly wouldn't hurt.

Anyway if you do that in addition to the bodywash, it probably wouldn't hurt.
