1. I wash my face twice a day (with St. Ives Naturally Clear Green Tea wash,St Ives Apricot Scrub, and Olay's Moisture Bar)
2. I apply Simple's Facial Toner
3. Then I let it dry then moisturize with Cetaphil Lotion
I also put on a gel (when I remember) prescribed by my doctor on my face before I go to bed. I don't really take any Vitamins anymore because I ran out, and never got anymore. I was thinking about buying Spring Valley"s Nails, Hair, Skin Vitamins. But does anyone have any Vitamins recommendations, foods I can cut out of my diet or food I can apply to my diet?
P.S. I'm also trying to grow my hair longer too, so y'all can leave tips for that also.
