Well muscular men tend to be the only men interested in muscular women so my guess is that the women don't even think they have a shot with "normal/average" men.
My friend is a female amateur bodybuilder and yeah, she's dating a guy who also is an amateur bodybuilder.
Most of it has to do with the fact that she basically lives in the weight room so odds are that the guys she meets also basically live in the weight room.
Your best bet would be to get into bodybuilding as well.
No, if your making 6 figures they will gladly date you
