honestly, i'm about as flat as a 12 year old boy (genetics and such) and i'm mostly okay because i don't experience the chest pain or anything most of my friends have to go through.

For me it's great to see women with a medium sized chest. Because it's not too little & not too big & it makes women look a whole lot more hotter in my opinion. Sometimes I even get distracted when there's a pair of boobs close to my face & I try my very best to look away in order for me to not act like a perverted type of guy that many women hate so much. You're still in puberty, it's very likely that your boobs will grow a little. Small boobs are also fine, some guys actually prefer them over the bigger ones.
