It seems that there are more unique feminine facial features (high cheekbones, pretty eyes, small jaws, thin faces, smaller noses) while jawlines and facial hair are the only masculine facial features. The guy in the first picture has a very strong jawline but I don't know what else is masculine about his face.
A man without a strong jawline like this is effeminate
He can still have a masculine face without a strong jawline or facial hair (explain how)
I prefer feminine (cute) looking guys
