So, when I go bra shopping with my friends I always realise that I'm honestly not able to find anything that fits ''perfectly". I have 34 Es and trust me it's not easy.

But

What are 34 E boobs?

People will think obviously big boobs right? They are, but what about push-up bras?

When i see a bra that is my ''size'' and also looks like it'd fit me, I feel it up and go, "oh my, what do we have here?

Who in the world needs push up's when you have a damn E cup??? NO you don't have an E cup, your boobs are freaking smaller and you just tell everyone you have double D's E's Z's whatever even though you barely have a C cup without push up.

Isn't this sad? I mean why would you choose to be so fake?

ME, as a big breasted women who has to put up with stuff like this when bra shopping, you have to keep in mind that double D's are freaking B's with push up, no kidding.

I am really against push up, i know, blah blah, let people do what they want, blah blah. But seriously this is worse than make up to me and the funny thing is when you ask ''do you wear push up'?' it's always a ''no never'.'

But then you have a sleepover and find your friends' bra and oh what do we have here? I guess push up :)

What about men? Everyone has such gigantic boobs but once the bra falls off...

I know women with small breast have a hard time but please wear push up in modestly.

Anyway, there are girls with natural big boobs who don't need push up and want their actual bra cup to fit them without finding a huge cotton ball on each side.

Are you saying girls with DDs are lying? I've gotten everything measured without wearing a bra and I've always been busty. My first training bra was when I was 8 years old. I wear DD's and no it isn't from lying or wearing push ups. Are you talking about small breasted girls who purposely lie about their cup sizes or are you insinuating that large busted girls are really girls with small breasts and a push up bra? I'm genuinely confused about the point you're trying to make here.

Except that even in a well fitting bra (which is not represented by any of the pictures you chose to use) larger breasts (FF and higher) still are going to look different in a bra than out of a bra. The whole entire point of a bra is to lift and support breasts, which is rather important the larger they get. I have no issue with smaller chested women wanting to appear larger. It's not their fault society places this ridiculously stupid emphasis on large boobs; they are just doing what makes them feel good or to fit into what society deems "normal". Besides that, it's nice to have the option. Who are we to shame a woman for wanting her breasts to appear a little larger? Are we also going to harass women for wanting to wear makeup? Should we shame men for wearing nice clothes to look good?

As far as shopping for medium sized breasts (and yes 34E is DEFINITELY medium sized if you are wearing the right size) there are a lot of options that aren't the stupid foam dome pushup bras that US companies are so fond of. You may have to order online or go to an independent bra boutique (more expensive though) but the product is certainly out there. Freya, Panache, Cleo, Fantasie, Sculptresse, Elomi, Goddess, Gossard, Tutti Rouge, Ewa Michalak, Comexim, Ewa Bien, Avocado, Kris Line, Curvy Kate. These are all brands that produce 28-44 A-P bras (range differs slightly by brand) and are beautiful. Most can be found for less than $50USD and hardly any or boring white/beige/black foam cups.

Modern bra sizing
Band = underbust (rounded up to the nearest even number)
Cup = bust - underbust (1 inch difference=1 cup letter)
A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J, JJ, K

How to put a bra on correctly:
- Make sure the wires are all the way up in your underbreast fold
- Scoop all breast tissue forward and into the cups
- Band should be parallel to the ground and not move around as you move
- Gore (front center part between the cups) should be fully touching your chest/sternum

Issues:
Gaping - cups are too small or too big
Wires slide down - Not enough projection at the wire
Band is not parallel/moves around - band is too large
Straps fall off shoulders - usually your band is too large
Band feels tight - cup size is too small. Try the bra on backwards to make sure, it should feel looser without the cups on your boobs.

@smoorea1 Check out the resource www.Bratabase.com Thousands of bras have been measured and tried on and it really shows that US and UK bra companies, although they may use slightly different letters, follow the same premise of "1 inch of bust = 1 cup letter increase". Pretty much all 32Ds have a band length of ~32", have similar cup depth and width (will vary based on shallow or projected shape), and fit a bust of 36". A US brand bra isn't sized any differently than a UK sized bra.

People are confused by modern sizing because incorrect sizing has been used for so long. This sizing isn't anything new, it's been around for decades. We get away with wearing the wrong size because we are wearing bras wrong. People wear their underwires too low, don't scoop tissue into the cups, wear a larger band to increase the cup size since stores won't carry a larger range, don't have the gore touching their torso, etc.

Interesting my take and it is true that a lot of women wear pushup bras. Usually for comfort from what I hear from my female freinds. Two of my female freinds are big chested and usually wear pushup bras for comfort. When one day I noticed that their chests were smaller being a man I commented and with me being one of the "girls" Instead of doing what they should have done and made a snared reply about me checking them out. They just told me like nothing that their normal bras are in the wash and they are wearing their "cloth bras" I have no idea what exotically kind of bra it was for that description but they went on to say that it was not as comfortable as their normal bras...
On another day another one of my freinds who is somewhat flat chested seemed to have bigger boobs that day. Very noticeably so. So because the other's answered my questions I had no problem asking why within earshot of her crush why her chest looked bigger that day. A few months latter and a few apologies and with some help from the others. She forgave me and when I asked what exotically I did she told me. She also said that she was wearing a pushup bra just for him with a bit of extra stuffing. Normally she just wears a sports bra so her nipples don't show through her shirt. I'm not sure why but often women won't censor things around me. They will easily and freely talk about things like that and other TMI things usually when I don't ask for it and when I don't want to hear it.

Hmm, i'm a DD and I wear push up bras because I like the wire underneath and I like the extra padding in the front. I just feel kind of protected and way more comfortable lol. So not all girls who wear or prefer push up bras are actually small chested.

Also I don't really understand why so many people care what others wear really? Unless it comes to dating. I get that if you're going on a date with someone or going out to purposely meet men, then I would chose the more natural route too because later on, why would you want them finding out that you actually contoured your face and are an A cup instead of a D.

But if you're just leaving your house and going into public to live your everyday life then you don't owe the rest of the world a damn thing, it's none of their business how much makeup you have on or if you wear a push up bra. I have to agree, and I feel your pain. I cannot understand why they make push up bras for DD cups and above! Even as an E cup, its so hard to find bras without padding, and it's really, really annoying.
She also wears one of those insane 'cup booster' bras, making her appear the same size as me, when in actual fact, she's barely got a handful. She can wear what she wants to wear, but I think it's just a little excessive (and 'false advertising').

Why does it bother you if women wear push-up bras? I don't feel "lied to" when a chick I'm into is wearing a push-up. Personally, I *would* wear a push up, because I'd like the padding because I'm very rough and tumble and tits hurt when they get hit, although I'm ok not wearing one with padding, which is what I wear now, because otherwise my shirts are too tight and I prefer loose shirts and an androgynous look. Im 4ft10 and om a 32ff so as you can imagine I pay four times the price for a decent bra compared to a less busty woman. I can't find decent clothes that I can fit into with my breasts and have to larger cllothes in a size 10 and 12 when im a size 6 which makes me look fat and frumpy. The only benefits I see from having a large pair of boobies is the attention you get from guys but that also can be a negative as when you look around to see every guy in the room eye banging especially if its an uncle or cousin.
My guy likes my boobs the first time he saw them he came prematurely.

I agree. No need for push-ups when you're naturally larger. I'm 40I and I wouldn't wish this size on anyone. (Believe me, it took awhile to find a store that fit me, had my size in stock, AND had my size for an affordable price. I can't just go to lane bryant, anymore. ) This being said, I have no problem with smaller girls wearing push ups, if it makes them feel good or more confident with there bodies. Sure it's misleading, and yeah everyone should love themselves the way they are. But if you wear make-up, a push-up is really no different. It's just clothing.
