Depends on the girls and the guys. I've seen it become a competition though when in the end both girls just want to win and neither cares all that much about the guy at the end, just having something over the other girl.
I personally don't compete for a dude. Either he likes me and I like him or he's looking through options and I am not remotely interested regardless of what he decides.

Just depends on age and who it is. Me and my friends usually like the same person cause of the size of our town. There ain't much to choose from. My 3rd cousin and I fought for months over this guy that she ended up getting and I found a better guy. It just depends.
