Plan
Prepare your shoes and clothes a day ahead(and also everything that you need like sunscreen, headphones etc.). So that you will have more time to sleep. And be sure that you sleep enough not to feel tired when you wake up.

It is not good to run as soon as you have breakfast, neither not eating anything. So it is better to drink a glass of water and eat a banana or an apple to give you energy.

Choose a beautiful place to give you motivation like seaside or forest.
Be self consistent
You don't have to start from the top, start from beginning and slowly reach the top.
Keep your mind busy
Have a good playlist- it will make you be more energic and maybe run more! Or have a friend to run together. You won't even realize how long you run.
