I may have done this with a crown that I broke and didn't know that I had broken it until my next dental checkup. I don't think you need to worry, though. It will just pass out of your system.

It's perfectly fine, it won't harm your body or anything. But you might want to check that tooth out, like how much you managed to break off of it.

it is fine , your tooth is mostly calcium. your body will just absorb it.
